Job Description


Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, the incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing operations which includes strategizing, planning, implementing, and monitoring digital / social marketing campaigns across the region.

1. Performance Marketing and Analytics

  • Strategize, lead, monitor and optimize digital campaigns within in-house capabilities to ensure that they are meeting performance goals
  • Collect, analyze data and prepare reports across various digital initiatives and platforms to provide actionable insights to the team and stakeholders
2. Website and Mobile Apps development
  • Be the main driver in website revamp project in conceptualising and implementing key features to support business needs.
  • Liase and manage different vendors / internal stakeholders across the region for website and app development.
3. Social Media Platforms management
  • Oversee social media content development
  • Ensure healthy social media performance according to best practices and meeting assigned KPI in growth and engagement (namely Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, WeChat and Xiao Hong Shu)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing field, previous experience with Website / Mobile App development and Performance Marketing preferred.
  • Min. 3 years in people management.
Skills and Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the digital media strategy
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to seize opportunities to produce results without direct supervision and direction at times
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Proficient in English, Chinese is a priority and Malay will be an added advantage.
A global publication company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (namely Business Units, Marketing, Customer Service, Publishing, IT and Finance)
  • Manage all aspects of the digital / social touch points including, business planning, marketing strategy, digital ad buying and analytics, website and mobile apps development, content strategy and development.
  • Manage and track the annual digital budgets focused to deliver high business impact initiatives across Asia.
