Job Description

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all digital marketing channels. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Responsible for maximizing demand across affiliates, PPC, display remarketing, SEO and paid social media through holistic approach and strategy Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget allocations, as well as demand and ROAS projections Work closely with the brand, merchandising and e-commerce team to create the best digital marketing strategy of the product offering and promotional calendar Work closely with sales, e-commerce, marketing and social team to analyze the traffic and deliver successful digital campaigns Monitor and analyze campaign outcomes by utilising analytical and reporting tools to assess campaign performance Prepare reports on the performance of the marketing campaigns and, use data and insights to drive business decisions Develop new innovation opportunities and propositions that will create future growth and transformation across all digital channels Provide leadership and guidance on the team\'s direction by setting clear achievable goals Mentor team members and facilitate their growth and improvement, while addressing any performance or disciplinary issues Any other relevant duties as assigned, to meet the growing and changing needs of the business JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing or relevant field A minimum of 5 years\' experience in a digital marketing and/or advertising position In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is required Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Able to work in a fast-paced working environment Able to work independently with minimum supervision Flexible and agile to adapt to changing demands of the market and industry Willing to work in Damansara Heights
