Main Responsibilities:1. Full-Set Marketing Management (Online & Offline)
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels.
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Coordinate with vendors, media, and event teams for offline marketing initiatives such as roadshows, buntings, brochures, and partnerships.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
Create and manage comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Develop marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
3. Social Media Management
Manage company's presence across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Schedule content, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries/comments.
Grow and maintain audience engagement and followers through both organic and paid strategies.
4. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS) and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with designers/copywriters for compelling ad creatives.
5. Content Creation & Copywriting
Develop creative content ideas for posts, ads, newsletters, and marketing collaterals.
Write persuasive marketing copy for various platforms to attract and convert leads.
Work with in-house or external creatives for visual and video content (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
6. Email Marketing & CRM
Plan and execute email campaigns for promotions, follow-ups, and customer retention.
Maintain and segment customer databases for targeting and remarketing purposes.
7. Website & SEO
Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and blog content as part of digital strategy.
Implement on-page SEO and collaborate on strategies to improve organic search rankings.
8. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
Prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements for better ROI and performance.
9. Offline Marketing & Branding
Coordinate print advertising, event participation, promotional material, and branding consistency across physical marketing.
Manage booth setups, flyers, printed brochures, and liaise with printers and suppliers.
Ensure brand visibility and message consistency in offline campaigns.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in full-scope marketing (online and offline).
Strong knowledge in social media platforms, digital ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, analytical, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal/external teams.
Familiar with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp.
