The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

; Requirements: - Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong speaking and writing skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, developing and executing campaigns across a variety of channels.
• Strong management skills, with experience leading and managing a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, and content creation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
