Responsibilities and Duties Develop and grow the eCommerce marketplace business for strategic brand partners Acquisition, Conversion, Loyalty strategy and analytics to optimize for growth Build our brands eCommerce service provider business on the key marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc Campaign management and onsite investment planning along-side brand teams Defines Conversion strategy and action plan for high conversion on Ecommerce sites. Demand planning & inventory planning with brand partners Maximize onsite exposure for the brands including day-to-day events as well as mega campaigns End-to-end execution of ecommerce operations and seller center systems, supported by the Graas Marketplace Operations team Maintaining store ratings and KPIs tracked by marketplaces Data reporting and analysis including competitor benchmarking Building the optimal traffic, onsite marketing, promotion and assortment strategy Build up and lead a team over time as business grows Building relationships with principals, brand management teams and marketplaces Developing operational processes and tools to improve scalability and efficiencies Ability to think outside the box and test run new projects Qualifications and Skills 2 years relevant eCommerce/retail - e-marketplace experience preferred Detail-oriented and can foresee potential gaps in execution Experience in eCommerce processes including marketing & operations Proactive and ability to work independently Managerial experience is a bonus Digital/social marketing experience is a bonus Creating and maintaining client relationships Self-motivated yet customer-focused Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Identify brand growth areas through data analysis
