  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
2. Website Management:
  • Oversee the eCommerce website and ensure IT is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement changes and improvements as needed.
3. SEO and SEM:
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive targeted traffic.
4. Content Marketing:
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to engage and educate target audiences.
  • Create compelling and relevant content for blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and other channels.
5. Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
6. Social Media Management:
  • Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars for regular posting.
  • Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and cultivate a strong online community.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
8. Partnerships and Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to expand brand reach and drive sales.
  • Negotiate partnerships and manage relationships to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with brand values.
9. Customer Relationship Management ( RM):
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and behaviors.
  • Use CRM data to personalize marketing efforts and improve customer retention and loyalty.
10. Budget Management:
  • Develop digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor spending and adjust strategies as needed to optimize return on investment.
Tanggungjawab
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At leave 2 years\' experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and technologies is a plus.
