ThinkMarkets is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house growing Digital Marketing team. This unique opportunity will focus on leading business growth by orchestrating marketing campaigns, analysing performance, and implementing processes to ensure the success and motivation of the digital marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving a performance-based culture, optimizing campaigns and communications across all media channels via implementing a marketing strategy that echoes the overall vision of the business. You will promote engagement of the market through efficacious email and marketing communications, always seeking to improve ThinkMarkets\' presence and brand through compelling and innovative marketing material.

The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, analytical, data-driven and organized with strong attention to detail. They are familiar with the latest digital marketing best practices and marketing automation platforms and have a genuine passion for digital marketing and a keen interest and knowledge of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for strategic planning, management and execution of ThinkMarkets\' regional marketing strategy using a multi-channel strategy of Digital Paid Acquisition, SEO/Content Management, Campaigns planning, Social Media, Brand, Offline Marketing, Video, as well as, all PR and Advertising, that is in line or ahead of our relevant industry;
  • Effectively plan and clearly outline the purpose behind the strategy, its\' performance expectations, as well as, budget allocation and anticipated ROI;
  • Manage and oversee regional Digital Marketing Managers, Performance Marketing Managers, Content, SEO and CRM Specialists, Digital Designers and Web Developers, to set goals, expectations and provide performance guidelines;
  • Oversee key marketing agency relationships, manage their KPIs and deliverables, and search for new vendors where necessary;
  • Oversee the maintenance of all company websites, including mobile and mini-sites and manage the regional social media presence within budget, brand and compliance guidelines;
  • Track conversion rates to enable improvements to the website;
  • Demonstrate and utilize your regional experience and knowledge to be at the forefront of exploring new technologies, media platforms, and the development of strategies to drive valuable, quality online traffic (through display advertising, social, paid search, retargeting and beyond) that will deliver a positive step change in growth, user experience, and conversion rate;
  • Analyze lead generation via digital channels to provide regular reports to the sales team, as well as provide ongoing analysis and reporting of acquisition and CRM activities;
  • Create Email and CRM marketing strategy with the CRM manager and optimize our conversion, retention and list segmentation;
  • Ensure metrics are in place to track, analyze, optimize, report and recommend on all digital acquisition communications;
  • Ensure that all campaigns cohere to the overall strategy. Establish all KPIs and ensure strong performance against them. Support all campaigns to deliver optimum execution;
  • Work with both technical and marketing stakeholders to identify solutions to enhance and optimize campaign performance and the customer experience;
  • Provide regular reporting around performance (post-release) of marketing campaigns, customer strategy, consumer insights, market conditions and competitor data to drive change in our marketing approach;
  • Oversee the regional online / offline brand reputation of company and work with relevant departments to ensure the image of the company is in line with the vision of the founders;
  • Keep up to date with new marketing trends, including identification and application of innovative technologies within the industry and emerging media;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of solid experience within a senior digital marketing role, ideally within an agency as well as client side; including at least 3 years of experience in managing multi-channel marketing teams;
  • Being able to demonstrate having made a considerable difference for other brands;
  • BSc or MSc Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar discipline;
  • Proven multi-channel and regional experience with a broad range of digital marketing approaches;
  • Solid knowledge of advertising platforms, especially Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn) and Apple Search;
  • Strong generic skills across PPC, Display, Social Media and App Advertising, as well as CRM, Browser Notifications and App Notifications;
  • Demonstrable experience with Pardot and Salesforce;
  • Highly effective communicator able to clearly present complex and data rich proposals;
  • Commercially creative (and creatively commercial) attitude;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels;
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities simultaneously, in a fast pace, dynamic environment;
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the financial trading sector (FX and CFD) is highly desirable.
