Job Description

Our client is a growth consultancy and works with companies in the Information and Communication Technology industry to expand their business development activities within local markets in Southeast Asia. We help our clients:

  • Explore new market potential for their products/services throughout Southeast Asia
  • Increase brand awareness of their products/services
  • Adopt a targeted & quantifiable marketing approach to a specific country
  • Improve overall Return on Investment (ROI) metrics on marketing spend
This is a multi-faceted role which will encompass sales, marketing, events/operational and people management experience. Upon successful completion of the probation period of 3-6 months, the candidate will be tasked to build the marketing team. We are looking for someone with B2B integrated marketing campaigns experience. Responsibilities:
  • The role will report into the CEO of the Firm
  • You will manage a current team of two and are expected to hire more to build out the marketing organization
  • Plan, organize and execute marketing campaigns to generate new leads for internal sales team. Campaigns include both inbound and outbound tactics and are meant to be multi-touch and multi- dimensional
  • Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling
  • Develop and implement jointly with sales pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts
  • Create quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
  • Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with product owners to develop required marketing collateral
  • Proactively engage with sales to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies and marketing automation software
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner.
  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing or building a team
  • Ambitious and creative marketer with strong communication skills, with a track record of success
  • Strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of ABM and digital marketing outbound & inbound strategies is a requirement
  • All full time hires are required to spend two weeks in the Singapore office upon acceptance of the role
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Benefits:
