Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing Sim Leisure Group\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing campaigns, compromising Sim Leisure Group, ESCAPE Theme Parks and KidZania Kuala Lumpur.

• Plan digital marketing campaigns and social media post schedules
• Publish create content (photos, artwork, videos) on social media, websites and other digital / advertising platforms
• Design, maintain and update website content and information
• Monitor performance of websites, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to evaluate key deliverables
• Constantly monitor digital marketing trends within the leisure and theme park industry
• Observe and suggest improvements for the department\xe2\x80\x99s efficiency and implement wherever needed
• Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by the supervisor or management
• Carry out duties as tasked with a profession attitude, ensuring that Sim Leisure Group\xe2\x80\x99s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

Requirements:

• At least 3-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Working proficiency in graphic design (E.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tik Tok, Instagram
• Working fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Analytic skills \xe2\x80\x93 particularly in social media and digital marketing
• Proficiency in videography, photography, video editing is and added advantage
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Multitasking and meeting strict deadlines
• Articulate and assertive in communicating ability

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
