• Strategize, ideate and execute digital marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns across various digital channels, including social media marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, search engine marketing, display advertising, and offline marketing.
• Manage the company\'s social media accounts, create content, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to drive traffic and sales.
• Optimize the company\'s website for SEO and SEM, and work with the development team to ensure the website is user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Monitor competitor products and marketing activities.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop campaign roadmaps/ integrated communications plans for all marketing campaigns.
• Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
• Responsible for management and development of the team, with clear set of goals, objectives, processes and deliverables.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations to improve the company\'s marketing efforts.

"What are the requirements to apply?"

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on home appliances / consumer electronics or related industries preferred
• Solid track record of people management and rapport building, including with partners and influencers
• Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising
• Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with followers
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and website optimization
• Ability to manage and coordinate large-scale campaigns
• Able to meet tight deadlines and willing to work extra hours during big campaigns
• Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must be fully vaccinated with booster shot
• Only Malaysian citizens are considered at this time
