Branding and Positioning:
In shaping and maintaining the brand image of the apparel company. This involves developing brand guidelines defining the brand\'s unique selling proposition, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Advertising & Promotion:
Oversee the creation and execution of advertising campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Act as the \'go-to\' for all retail queries regarding promotional activity and campaign materials and ensure timely follow-up.
Responsible on the provision & distribution of creative promotional materials incl. leaflets,
posters, vouchers, point of purchase material etc. Also sourcing and securing premium items.
Digital Marketing:
Responsibility on electronic communication and social media interactions, identifying opportunities of engagement with the target audience across all social channels to grow brand awareness and presence. Manage social engagement to ensure continuous public interest and answer inquiries. Brands social media pages & campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis: Keeping up with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities is crucial for success. Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. This information would guide decision-making and help refine marketing strategies.
Public Relations and Media Relations:
Managing public relations activities and building relationships with media outlets. This May involve organizing press releases, handling media inquiries, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with influencers or celebrities to enhance brand visibility.
Involve in exciting Integrated Marketing campaigns including photo shoot, visual merchandising, Public Relations campaign, consumer activities and etc.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree in digital marketing, marketing, communication or other related fields.
With working experience in Digital/ E-commerce marketing.
Familiar with digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
Hands-on experience on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads and Social Media Ads preferred.
Proficient in English & Malay. Good in communication skills.
Experienced in doing research using multiple sources.
Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
Able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Independent, creative, resourceful, data-oriented and problem solver.
