Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager based in Malaysia (Remote) to join our growing team remotely and drive our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence through strategic digital channels, working closely with our Singapore-based Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to establish robust tracking and reporting frameworks that will set the foundation for our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid advertising and organic social media channels Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) Create and implement organic social media strategies to build brand awareness and community engagement Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through digital channels targeting Singapore market

Analytics & Performance Management



Collaborate closely with the CMO to develop comprehensive tracking and reporting frameworks Establish KPIs and measurement protocols for all digital marketing activities Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis Create detailed performance reports for Singapore-based leadership team

Content & Campaign Development



Develop compelling marketing content that resonates with expectant and new mothers in Singapore Create campaign strategies that highlight the value of professional confinement care Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging Coordinate with creative teams for visual content development Adapt content for Singapore market preferences and cultural nuances

Market Expansion Support



Identify new digital marketing opportunities to support business expansion in Singapore Research and analyze competitor strategies and market trends in Singapore's confinement care industry Develop targeted campaigns for different market segments within Singapore Support new service launches through digital marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications


Essential Requirements



Minimum 7 years of digital marketing experience

specifically with B2C service brands Proven track record in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) Strong experience in organic social media marketing and community management Expertise in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) Demonstrated ability to develop and implement tracking and reporting frameworks

Technical Skills



Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools Experience with marketing automation platforms Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices

Soft Skills



Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong project management and organizational abilities Creative problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with senior leadership Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Singapore market dynamics

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-haves)



Personal experience as a mother

- understanding the postpartum journey and challenges new mothers face Experience marketing to Singapore or Southeast Asian markets Experience in healthcare, wellness, or family services industries Knowledge of Singapore's maternity and childcare market Experience with influencer marketing and partnership development Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms Mandarin language skills (advantage for reaching Chinese-speaking market segment)

Working Arrangements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
