The position will be embedded in our Vaccines business unit and will initially focus on the respective portfolio and team. The longer-term view is to expand focus and remit across all business units. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead and embed the omnichannel customer experience strategy and tactics in the market by implementing the Marketing Mix Model that identifies which channel has highest impact on individual HCP and closely work with sales, marketing and medical teams to leverage identified channel by tailored content. Build automated HCP feedback loop to better understand HCP response and hence create HCP attributes that can be used for segmentation and Omnichannel. Support shaping the organizational culture on delivering modern customer experiences, demonstrate leadership among marketers, raising the profile of omni-channel impact on HCP behavior and benchmarking against 'best practices' externally Work closely with Marketing Team and cross-functional teams (Digital, Medical, Sales, Compliance, etc.) Integrate external/internal insights: collect customer information from different channels and study external market research reports for trends Develop high-level customer experience roadmap: set prioritization rules and develop guidelines and roadmap of improving customer experience Understand different processes related to implementation and identify required people within the organization to make sure that vital tasks are being done Leverage Omnichannel analytics and performance measurement by monitoring monthly Omnichannel performance figures Define lead and lag Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and set Omnichannel targets for tracking performance vs target Routinely communicate Omnichannel performance outcomes with marketers and act with them based on outcomes Monitor the external digital landscape in the pharmaceutical industry evaluating new trends and crafting a long-term vision for the company Build, reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online Experience in driving culture change towards digital and customer experience Experience with social media campaigns, ecommerce in a highly regulated industry Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with analytical ability to use data to inform decisions. Strong experience in managing stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization Works creatively and independently, with the passion and energy to drive change Experience in managing complex projects and demonstrated project management skills Why you We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor's degree in Business /Marketing/ Communications or Science.
