Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage and create content for the company's social media accounts and website.
Optimize SEO and SEM efforts to drive organic and paid traffic.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Support email marketing campaigns and manage CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Assist in content creation: copywriting, basic graphic design, and video editing (if needed).
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaign success.
Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Familiar with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
Good command of English (written and spoken); Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Data-driven, creative, and detail-oriented.
