Job Description

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support overall business goals.

2. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.

3. Enhance brand awareness and online reputation through consistent digital presence.

4. Increase website traffic and generate leads through targeted digital initiatives.

5. Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities.

6. Maintain a strong social media presence across all major platforms.

7. Produce and manage online content that is engaging and aligned with the brand voice.

8. Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

9. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or agencies for integrated campaign

execution.

10. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

11. Create and schedule social media posts using platforms such as Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.

12. Design and send email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or

Klaviyo.

13. Write and publish blog posts and website content optimized with Search Engine Optimization

(SEO) best practices.

14. Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

15. Set up and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) ads using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other

ad platforms.

16. Monitor and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and

platform-specific insights.

17. Update website content and structure through Content Management Systems (CMS) like

WordPress, Wix, or Shopify.

18. Collaborate with graphic designers and content writers to create digital materials such as

banners, videos, and landing pages.

19. Engage with followers by responding to messages and comments on platforms like Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

20. Track campaign budgets and calculate Return on Investment (ROI) to improve cost-effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
