Scope of Work
1. Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop strategies to expand brand presence in target markets (B2B and B2C).
Manage relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations.
Support negotiations and follow-up on leads to secure contracts or sales.
Track performance and provide reports on business development activities.
2. Content Creation & Marketing
Plan, develop, and create engaging content across platforms (social media, website, newsletters, marketing collaterals).
Write product descriptions, campaign copy, and brand stories aligned with brand voice.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams for visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage content calendars to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions.
Analyze content performance and optimize for engagement and reach.
Stay updated on content trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practices.
3. Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Assist in event planning, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Support overall brand growth initiatives through creative ideas and business insights.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,512.59 - RM9,618.08 per month
