Digital Marketing Officer

Job Description

1. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategies

3. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

4. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility

5. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage technical SEO aspects

6. Plan, create, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads), including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and budget management

7. Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)

8. Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform

9. Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages

10. Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences

11. Assist in the creation, curation, and distribution of valuable, relevant, and consistent content (e.g., blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, whitepapers)

12. Design and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional emails, automated sequences)

13. Manage email lists, segment audiences, and analyze campaign performance

14. Regularly update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance (basic CMS knowledge required)

15. Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates

16. Provide insights and recommendations for website optimization based on data

17. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using key metrics (e.g., ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rates)

18. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

19. Prepare regular performance reports for management

20. Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure integrated marketing efforts

21. Collaborate with external agencies or vendors when necessary

22. Have to list down / make effort to setup an appointment to meet Corporate Client, GP's, Insurance Agencies, Schools, Government Agencies and others.

23. To manage all social media platforms, copy writing (captions)
