Salary: MYR 2,200 - MYR 2,500 Per Month | Commission: MYR 10,000 - MYR 30,000

Requirements:

Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an advantage.

Passionate in digital marketing, with demonstrated success in managing ads on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.

Expertise in Facebook marketing with a deep understanding of audience segmentation, ad formats, and performance analysis.

Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, with experience managing VSA (Video Shopping Ads), PSA (Product Sales Ads), and LSA (Live Shopping Ads).

Strong analytical mindset and ability to draw actionable insights from ad performance data.

Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive advertising campaigns on TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, and Instagram.

Possess a deep understanding of Facebook & TikTok marketing, including audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.

Manage and utilize TikTok Ads Manager with proficiency in VSA, PSA, and LSA.

Analyze ad performance data across all platforms, providing insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Develop and manage content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences.

Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
