We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy in the fast-paced F&B industry. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a strong understanding of current digital trends--particularly within food, lifestyle, and consumer behaviour. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead content planning, social media calendars, and posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Strategize and run targeted paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and visibility.
Oversee content production (photo, video, copywriting) to ensure brand consistency and creativity.
Collaborate closely with the Operations, Sales, and Creative teams for product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
Handle online reputation management, including responding to customer feedback and reviews across platforms (Google, GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.).
Explore collaborations with influencers, food bloggers, and digital partners to expand reach.
Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging platforms to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail.
Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and growing online presence.
Proficient in digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).
Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
Basic design and editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a plus.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
