Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Planning & Execution

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support company objectives.

Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and apply best practices.

Develop high-quality visuals, videos, and copywriting for social media, website, and email campaigns.

Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and identity.

2. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Analyze digital marketing data (website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement).

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

3. SEO & Website Management

Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and visibility.

Collaborate with the web team to ensure the website is optimized and updated regularly.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors' online activities.

Suggest improvements or new strategies based on data insights.

5. Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to align marketing goals.

Continuously improve marketing strategies through creativity and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.

Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, SEM).

Proficient in social media management and content planning.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Creative, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools (Canva, Meta Suite, Google Analytics).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
