Job Responsibility Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising campaigns. Manage and optimize the visual elements of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and our website. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify market trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights. Brainstorm innovative growth strategies through digital marketing, ensuring a creative and dynamic approach. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with design teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints. Design and implement strategies to boost our online presence and visibility. Build and maintain a robust social media presence across relevant platforms. Develop and curate engaging content for social media channels. Job Requirements Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email, and social media advertising. Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data. Creative thinking and the ability to devise innovative growth strategies. Experience in collaborating with design teams and optimizing user experience. Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication and writing skills in both Mandarin and English. Able to manage and plan offline campaign skills would be an added advantage.
