Job Description

A Digital Marketing Sales Manager leads and drives sales within the digital marketing sphere, managing a team to achieve revenue targets through online channels, while also developing and implementing sales strategies and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Team Leadership & Management:

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a digital sales team, setting goals, and providing coaching and support.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.

Budget Management:

Manage and control the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Market Research & Analysis:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying new sales opportunities.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to align sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills:

Leadership & Management:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide effective coaching.

Sales & Negotiation:

Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, presentation, and closing techniques.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth sales operations.

Digital Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

CRM Software Proficiency:

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

Time Management & Organization:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
