Job Description

Job Purpose:

Produce and deploy high-quality digital content -- including blog posts, articles, email campaigns, WhatsApp content, and landing page copy -- to support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing. This is a content-first role with the technical ability to publish content on UNITAR's website, set up automation workflows, and execute digital updates under the direction of the Digital Experience & Martech Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Deployment Write and edit blogs, articles, email sequences, WhatsApp messages, and landing page copy. Ensure all content aligns with UNITAR's tone, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives. Adapt content for different audiences, platforms, and formats. Website & Martech Execution Upload and format content in the CMS (e.g., WordPress) with proper SEO tagging. Build and schedule email, WhatsApp, and SMS automation workflows. Ensure campaign tracking codes and forms are implemented correctly. Campaign Support: Implement digital assets required for campaigns based on briefs from the Advertising AM and Lead. Conduct basic testing and quality checks before content goes live. Reporting Support: Assist in compiling performance data for website traffic, content engagement, and automation effectiveness.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Skills / Experience Requirements:

2-4 years in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing. Strong writing skills for both short-form and long-form content. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO best practices. Knowledge of marketing automation tools (email, WhatsApp, SMS) is preferred. High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
