Responsibilities

? Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy

? Understand the products and services offering and approach of key

competitors of CK East

? Communicate products and services to sales and input to senior l

leadership.

? In Charge of Lead Generation, Market research, Marketing budget,

Competitive Intelligence and Sales Enablement.

? Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales

activities

? Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential

leads

? Ability to articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and

messages for the use of sales and marketing.

? Assisting in monitoring social media platforms of CK East & projects in

ensuring all marketing communications is maintained at an efficiency

strategy to all potential buyers.

? Identify new platforms, technology software and trends from time to

time that are suitable for CK East potential buyers.

? Event & roadshow Promotion Planning & Supporting.

? Communicate with the designer, video team, internal & external

supplier to ensure all marketing material is followed with marketing

objectives.

? Develop, implement and create effective communication strategies

that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness and customer

satisfaction

? Support in ad hoc tasks from the manager.

Requirements

? Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative

Writing, or similar

? Have related experience for at least 2-3 years.

? Proactive, Committed, Organized, Creative, Strong Communication,

interpersonal and presentation skills.

? Require languages: Proficiency in English, BM and Mandarin, both

written and verbal ???????

? Require skill: Microsoft office, Excellent in languages especially

English & Mandarin as well as research skills

? Knowledge in Digital marketing or relevant experiences will be an

advantage

? Advantage skill: Canva, Photoshop, Illustration, Video editing app

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
