Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
(Fresh grads with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply)*
Proficient with tools like AI tools, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
Creative thinker with great attention to detail and time management
Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) that speaks to our audience
Manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts consistently
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve content and campaign effectiveness
Respond to comments and messages, and engage professionally with followers
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and branding initiatives
Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Bonus Points If You Have:
Photography or basic video editing skills
Experience with paid social ads (e.g. Meta Ads) and campaign reporting
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing
