We are seeking an Ad Performance Specialist for a full-time on-site role in Johore, Malaysia. As an Ad Performance Specialist, you would be responsible for analyzing and optimizing ad performance across various channels, platforms, and campaigns to drive business growth and achieve strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to maximize ad performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Experience in managing and optimizing ad campaigns across various channels and platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Programmatic Advertising platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel
Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize ad performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses is a plus
Digital marketing certifications such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are a plus
Fluency in both English and Malay languages
