We are looking for a **Social Media Marketing Specialist** who can independently plan and execute social media strategies to strengthen PW Group's brand presence and build deeper connections with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

• Create high-quality content (copywriting / graphics / videos) to attract target customers

• Track and analyze social media performance, and optimize content strategies accordingly

• Plan and manage online campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business needs

• Stay updated with industry trends and adjust marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness

Tanggungjawab

• Minimum **4 years of experience** in social media management / digital marketing (experience in gold, jewelry, or financial industry is a plus)

• Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats

• Excellent copywriting skills and visual sense; ability to produce content quickly

• Knowledge of data analysis and ad management (Facebook Ads experience preferred)

• Proactive, creative, with strong communication and teamwork skill
