Assist in planning marketing strategies to increase traffic and engagement.
Develop engaging and creative content for social media (text, photos, videos, news).
Manage content for platforms such as Facebook, Portal, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google+.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
Stay updated with the latest digital and social media trends.
Track and identify relevant social media influencers.
Contribute weekly content to the company portal.
Coordinate social media messaging with Marketing and Business Development teams.
Oversee copywriters and content creators, offering guidance and direction.
Audit and analyse digital advertising performance, including cost and returns.
Analyse campaign performance using tracking systems for improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to develop social media timelines aligned with campaigns.
Monitor and prepare reports on competitor activity across digital spaces.
Assist in preparing social media performance and analytics reports.
Engage actively with social media users and respond to brand mentions.
Assist with general day-to-day digital marketing administrative tasks.
