Welcome YOU to join us.We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and focus on executing data-driven SEA content writing and paid media marketing campaigns, running social media channels, and assisting with marketing initiatives.Responsibilities:-

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure overall brand objectives are achieved.
• Writing and proofreading Chinese & English creative copy.
• Good in CMS for maintaining company website for Malay, Chinese & English content.
• Assists with marketing plans, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing and campaigns.
• Run the social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & Twitter) to enhance audience engagement;
• Arrange the company product Landing Page for targeted audience.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
• Conduct A/B testing for innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
• Create content, visual assets, and copywriting for social media captions, newsletters, promotional emails, content marketing blogs, onsite meta descriptions.
• Measuring impact and report on important metrics from tools that may be used, eg: META Business Suite. Google Analytics, Link Management and UTM etc.
• Define the marketing psychology, hooks and paradigm shifts for the company product and ensure that the entire product is in alignment with the overall marketing strategy and branding.
• Analysing market research and industry, competitor case studies and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the superior

ResponsibilitiesRequirements:

• Candidates with at least 3 years+ of related experience is preferred.
• Experience preferably in Digital industry and a Google Certified individual.
• Understanding and experience in managing all social media marketing tools such as Creator Studio & META Business suite.
• Setting up and optimize Meta Ads.
• Ability to take ownership on assigned marketing projects / campaigns.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Able to think analytically and to resolve issues.
• Internet Savvy and comfortable working with numbers and charts.
• Takes initiative to learn and explore new knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned.
• Good communication & writing skills in Malay, Chinese and English are a must.
• Our office is located at KL City Centre business zone.
• Short walking distance to LRT/ MRT/ Public bus.
