Job Description

JOB REPONSIBILITIES:



1. SEO & Website Optimisation



Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing performance reviews using tools such as SEMrush, GA4, and Looker Studio. Optimise on-page elements (meta tags, headers, image alt text, internal linking) and coordinate technical updates with developers or agencies. Create and maintain SEO-optimised landing pages for campaigns and product launches. Monitor and improve site health, addressing crawl errors, mobile usability, and page speed issues.

2. Content Strategy & Creation



Develop a content calendar for blogs, case studies, and landing pages. Produce or edit high-quality content that reflects brand voice and appeals to audiences such as architects, contractors, and facility managers. Collaborate with internal teams for technical input and upload optimised content via WordPress or equivalent CMS.

3. Digital Campaign Support



Assist with Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget optimisation. Track campaign performance, prepare briefs, review ad copy, and coordinate creative assets. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance ROI and overall campaign results.

4. Email Marketing & Social Media



Build and distribute email campaigns using internal or third-party systems. Manage LinkedIn content, sharing updates, case studies, and industry news. Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to audience growth strategies.

5. Analytics & Continuous Improvement



Maintain tracking setups across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Produce monthly KPI reports on organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and lead quality. Identify and act on opportunities to improve SEO performance and campaign effectiveness.

6. Project Coordination



Liaise with external marketing or SEO agencies to ensure alignment with internal goals. Manage approvals for marketing materials and maintain an organised digital asset library. Support marketing alignment with sales initiatives, tenders, and product launches.

7. Tools & Professional Development



Use and maintain tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and other SEO platforms. Stay current with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Qualifications



Degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a similar role.

Marketing & SEO Skills



In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices across on-page, off-page, and technical areas. Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio. Proficient in planning, writing, and optimising content for websites and digital campaigns. Experienced with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on campaign optimisation. Understanding of email marketing workflows and social media content management, particularly on LinkedIn.

Technical / IT Skills



Proficient in content management systems such as WordPress. Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and setting up accurate conversion tracking. Strong ability to interpret marketing analytics, create reports, and deliver strategic insights. Familiar with log file analysis to identify and resolve crawl-related issues. Working knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation. Experienced in resolving technical SEO issues including indexation errors, redirect chains, and duplicate content.

Professional & Soft Skills



Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities across marketing, sales, and IT teams. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset. Adaptable and flexible, keeping pace with evolving digital marketing trends and technologies. Experience working in ISO-regulated or quality-controlled environments is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
