Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content).
Manage and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging content (blogs, videos, graphics) to boost brand awareness.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Improve SEO rankings through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building.
Monitor trends in digital marketing and suggest innovative strategies.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Requirements:
Experience:
Entry-level (lower salary range):
1-2 years in digital marketing.
Mid-level (higher salary range):
3+ years with proven success in ROI-driven campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Shopify) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
Certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
Experience with marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
