Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Oversee the creation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Supervise the development of high-quality content for digital channels, including blogs, social media, and websites.
  • Ensure the consistency of brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly within the Malaysian market.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
