Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Brainstorm creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Execute and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption. Maintain client relationships. Responsible for daily digital media planning, campaign management, and optimizations for clients. Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, or a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in analytics tools and understanding of campaign evaluation metrics. Strong analytical and creative skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and A/B and multivariate experiments.
