Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields.
0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic understanding of digital campaign operations, UX/UI settings, or SEO principles is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and comfortable working with online systems or dashboards.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proactive and willing to learn new tools and processes.
Proficiency inChinese (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking clients and internal team members.
Tanggungjawab Backend & Campaign Setup
Assist in setting up digital campaigns, including backend configuration, user access, and participation tracking.
Manage and update campaign details, participant lists, timelines, and results through internal systems or designated platforms.
Ensure all backend data and assets are properly stored, organized, and documented for easy reference.
Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution or updates.
Announcements & Internal Communications
Prepare and publish announcements, updates, and reminders across internal platforms (Teams, system dashboard, or internal channels).
Support coordination of campaign-related communication materials (posters, notifications, emails).
Maintain accuracy and consistency of information across all administrative channels.
UX/UI & Content Coordination
Support basic UX/UI settings and updates within administrative or campaign systems to ensure user-friendly layouts and navigation.
Collaborate with relevant departments or designers to implement interface updates and improvements.
Conduct simple user testing or feedback collection to identify areas for enhancement.
SEO & Domain Management
Handle domain procurement activities including purchase, renewal, replacement, and termination.
Manage and maintain all company domains across main, marketing, and backup websites to ensure uptime and consistency.
Monitor and manage the SEO reporting process, compiling key performance results and insights for continuous improvement.
