Job Description


A Digital Performance Marketing Manager is required to manage the overall performance marketing of the company brands for both Malaysia and Singapore markets. This is an individual contributory role who reports directly to the Marketing Director.

The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall performance marketing of the company brands for both Malaysia and Singapore markets. The main responsibilities of this role will be as follows:

  • Monitoring all marketing campaigns across the company brands with the primary focus on optimization that aligns with the brand objectives and drives conversion performances
  • Implementing, analysing and optimizing digital marketing campaign towards the areas on SEM, SEO, social display, video, programmatic and lead generation
  • Collaborating with agency and internal team on end-to-end consumer journey to incorporate consumer interactions and performance data
  • Utilising data and analytics across owned, paid, and earned touchpoint such as Google tag, tag commander and audience management, to understand consumer behaviour and demographics to build segmentation and enhance customer engagement
  • Providing strategic recommendations to enhance advertising campaign landing pages that would strategically meet the brand objectives and/or drive conversion rates higher
  • Maximising revenue growth, customer engagement, product innovation and marketing opportunity by using various tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google looker studio, search console, optimiser etc
  • Optimising the performance metrics to determine the impacts of the consumer experiences

The successful candidate shall have strong track record in performance marketing to deliver results that align with the company\'s objectives. Other requirements include:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing paid search campaigns, SEO and social display
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Shopping, Google Tag Manager and FB Business Manager
  • Solid track record in delivering successful solutions into the marketing campaign objectives via various channels
  • Customer-oriented with full understanding in customer lifecycle, customer needs, customer insight and customer strategy
  • Resilient to challenges, strategic and analytic thinkers
