Digital Media Performance Specialist

Kuala Lumpur | Hybrid/Remote | Full-Time

We're looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Specialist with at least 2 years of experience running Meta, Google, and TikTok ads. If you're passionate about driving results through data, testing new strategies, and scaling campaigns -- we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads. Manage campaign budgets to hit performance goals (ROAS, CPL, CPA). Monitor daily performance, analyze trends, and implement improvements. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the creative/content team to produce high-performing ad assets. Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, ad policies, and growth hacks.
What We're Looking For

min 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). Solid understanding of performance metrics: CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc. Proficient in Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager. Analytical thinker with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Eager to experiment, test, and push boundaries to improve results. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Data Studio.
