About Our Client
Our client is a leading ad tech consultancy helping brands across Asia adopt advanced advertising and creative solutions through the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Founded in 2009, they specialize in ad technology, programmatic, analytics, creative enablement, and training -- empowering marketers to enhance digital maturity and campaign performance across APAC.
Job Scope:
Provide first-line support for Google Marketing Platform (CM360, DV360, SA360) inquiries and troubleshooting.
Assist in client onboarding, platform training, and campaign setup.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure excellent client service and project coordination.
Support GA / GTM implementation, CRO setup (AB Tasty / VWO), and dashboard maintenance in Looker Studio.
Prepare and maintain documentation, best practices, and technical updates.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or ad tech.
Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Strong communication, multitasking, and client service skills.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn emerging ad tech tools.
Basic knowledge of SEM, GA4, GTM, CRO tools, or HTML/JavaScript is an advantage.
