Digital Product Manager
Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the digital product throughout its lifecycle.
- Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share and improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
- Take ownership of new fintech initiatives across multiple teams to create impacts in local context.
- Prepare and execute UAT testing for new features of products.
- Works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science/IT/Software or related fields.
- Preferably from IT/digital product management with marketing field/ecommerce.
- Demonstrated track record and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
