Job descriptionAbout the jobWe are looking for a passionate and collaborative individual to be part of our growing Digital team in IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico. As the Digital Product Manager, we expect you to continuously develop the products within your portfolio, by identifying growth opportunities and leading the product vision, roadmap and enhancement, ensuring a great experience for our customers across touch pointsYour assignmentYou will be responsible for a growing portfolio of multiple customer facing digital products across our IKEA online and offline channels.

  • Define the product vision, product roadmap and backlog and identify growth opportunities in line with customer/user needs and business objectives, together with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain the product roadmap and backlog by highlighting priorities and dependencies, and prioritize with customer/user and business value, maintaining alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Define detailed product requirements, oversee product progress and quality assurance by liaising with product engineering and/or external vendors, to deliver effective products.
  • Identify product enhancements and new opportunities to improve customer experience through actionable customer journey/data insights and technology/business trends.
  • Promote transparency and clear communication on product release plans, product progress, roadmap/backlog and product usage/guidance.
  • Explore new solutions to meet the organization\'s future business expansion and growth plan.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors, developing good relationships across geographical location

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, a good communicator, listener and influencer, able to express and identify different point of views and weigh priorities and decisions
  • Values the diversity of our customers and co-workers
  • Proven track-record of leading digital development for digital solutions, with a good balance between customer/user experience and business focus, in a cross-functional development team.
  • You have broad and deep understanding of market trends, new technologies and different digital components, and how to influence the customer/user journey in the overall product experience.
  • Understanding of agile/scrum development processes
  • Deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods for actionable insights.
  • Genuinely driven to make a difference and able to maintain effective work behaviour in the face of challenges.
  • Deep knowledge of Retail and Shopping Centres digital ecosystems and processes
  • Technical background in digital solutions and/or consulting experience is a plus
