Why does this job exist and why is it critical Serve as a channel owner and expert on the capabilities of the specific digital channel. Collaborate with business users to understand and anticipate the needs, and converting them into product requirements Identify gaps between business needs and business practice to provide recommendations on solutions that results in new or changed process, technology, human resources, business partners Making proposals to senior management regarding implications of proposed plans Developing and implementing administrative and operational matters ensuring achievement of objectives Collaborate with the analytics team to produce reports to illustrate the \'health level\' of each business drivers and how each of them is related to the business\'s bottom line Defining KPIs for all projects and evaluating the success of a project. Evaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of action Working closely with product marketing, value chain, UX lead, scrum master, tech lead and development teams to - Ensure that business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release. - Prioritize and design decisions, and works to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at each stage of the development lifecycle. Responsible for the design, usability, quality and delivery of a product or feature. Understands both the engineering and business side of the product release and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user\'s needs.
