Digital Project Executive

Are you intrigued by all things digital? Are you skilled at time management, planning, organizing, and delegating? We re looking for talents in Digital Marketing/Advertising to join our award-winning consultancy-meets-agency as Digital Project Executives (Senior). For this role, you need to be a team player, responsible for managing the internal resources and overseeing the smooth completion of various digital projects, with the overarching objective to grow our clients business. Your duties include creating project plans, managing schedules, tracking timelines and reporting, as well as collaborating with different internal teams to deliver high-quality work for clients.

Responsibilities:

An important part of the role is the understanding of the client s brand and how we can assist them across the brief, the objective, advise and consult the client on digital solutions

To have awareness of the technical possibilities and outer limits of digital production

Ability to question briefs when appropriate, research where necessary, providing extra value and pushing for the most effective solutions

Manage the digital project from brief to delivery, on time and within budget, leading project executive/the team from initial planning to execution and deployment, post live monitoring & website maintenance support

Responsible in scoping project requirement, manage the timeline, ensuring work integration among team members and internal stakeholders, able to discuss UI/UX, creative, technical solutions with team members and clients

Manage developers or partner vendors as needed to ensure clear and consistent communication of project execution and delivery

To have a problem-solving mindset and decision-making skill, able to monitor, identify and mitigate project risk, manage prioritization and the timely flow of work between digital projects

Passionate about an ever-changing industry and environment

Hands-on approach with very strong attention to detail

Qualifications

Have 2 4 years of working experience in managing digital project & tech production for UI/UX interfaces, websites, CMS, user acceptance test and EDM, knowledge in SEO, CRM tools, mobile app, tracking & analytics, website best practices would be added advantage

Possess 2-4 years of relevant agency experience is mandatory

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or technology

Strong understanding of technical possibilities and limitations of digital production

Ability to manage a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders to keep the project within the budget and the timeline
