Job Position: Digital Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Salary Up To RM7000

Location: Kuala Lumpur

s:

• Lead existing team leads and testers.
• Ensure timeline is properly documented, tracked and adhered for quarterly assessment.
• Project management means controlling the schedule, the budget, and the resources; you know this inherently, and understand the fine balance between the three.
• Knowledge to help project managers prepare project documents i.e. SRS, FSD including wireframes, User Manuals, and broad level Functional Test Cases.
• Effectively presenting options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead in communication bridge between Business Users, UI, Development/Implementation teams.
• Direct Report to Management
• Highly capable and passionate about seeing things through to completion, you are extremely organized, and an expert at time management.

• Bring your solid understanding of the nuanced process and workflows of creative and technical productions.

• Degree/Diploma in computer science or Information Technology or equivalent
• Language: English & Chinese is a must for communication and understanding.
• 5 years experience minimum working in similar roles in project management and business analysis

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall Project Management techniques.

• Familiar and well versed in Jira, Asana and other project tracking tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.
