Position: Digital Public Relation Executive
Location: Port Klang

Job Summary:
In charge of completing all design work for the company\'s internal and external uses. This work entails carrying out design duties through information collection, planning designs through material analysis, illuminating concepts through the creation of rough layouts, and finalizing the design with related aesthetic concepts.
Key Responsibility :
1. Administration and Communication
Manage and be responsible for company social media content and update (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube).
Responsible for designing and promoting internal and external communication.
Manage and responsible for the administration, design, and updates of current business information (Corporate Website).
Provide support for the external entity website of businesses and update all users with current business information and ensuring 100% availability daily.
Develop and maintain the media contact database and create relevant contact lists for our campaigns (designs, photography, and video)
Develop and provide a motivating atmosphere that encourages team communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement culture in terms of employee relations every month.
Responsible to provide administrative support on company digital equipment, such as Camera, drones, etc
2. Editing and Designing
Proficient in design, photo, and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier pro software.
Ability to stay up-to-date with commercial design/graphics trends and implement these in daily work. Also being involved in handling the company\'s social media platform. By this, it helps to understand the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
3. Collaborations
i) Internal:
Liaise closely with the Public Relation team on company design matters
Liaise with inter-departments on gathering company-related information
ii) External:
Liaise with media companies on company advertisement
Liaise with IT Vendors, Website external developers, and website service providers on solving IT-related issues subjected to PR matters
4. Contents Creation and Administration
Responsible for the creation of the business\'s content; to ensure that all content put out by the business, both in print and online, is edited to conform to the business\'s overall values and messages.
Responsible for the execution of the organization\'s social media strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and active engagement with the online community.
Manage and promote the organization\'s brand identity, ensuring all communication aligns with the brand guidelines.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of working as a Digital PR or Graphic Designer
A Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or other related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with design and video software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe After Effect, and Adobe Premium
Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems and familiarity with HTML and CSS
Photography and videography experience and proficiency with photo / video-editing software
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Experience with computer-aided design.
