In This Role, You Will:



Lead Development:

Connect with potential clients via email, social media, and inbound channels to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.

Manage post-sale client engagement by delivering quality support, maintaining satisfaction, and identifying potential upsell or cross-sell avenues.

Customer Support and Success:

Assist customers post-purchase, ensuring satisfaction and uncovering upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Revenue Achievement:

Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding established monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.

Sales Operations Reporting:

Compile, review, and maintain accurate weekly sales performance reports and dashboards to support management decision-making and business forecasting.

Client Inquiry Management:

Handle incoming requests across Live Chat, Ticketing System, and Phone Support channels, ensuring timely responses and professional service delivery.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
