Muse Consultancy Asia is a boutique events management and HRDCorp?registered training provider, specialising in bespoke corporate training, leadership development, conference production, team building and year?end corporate events across Asia. Key Responsibilities

Design and manage creative content and paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, aligned with brand strategy

Monitor campaign performance: track KPIs, engagement, ROI; prepare clear analysis and recommendations Support organic social content creation: still graphics, short?form videos, Reels Collaborate onsite at events (team building, training programs, annual dinners) to capture and create real?time content (e.g. behind?the?scenes, reels, stories)

Design, update, and maintain the corporate website on Wix to ensure a professional, fresh, and user-friendly experience

Regularly update and optimise Muse Asia's Google Business profile with current events, reviews, and postings

Manage campaign scheduling, budgeting, ads tracking (ads manager, conversion tracking) Research social media trends and content formats within HR and corporate training sectors in Malaysia/Asia
What We're Looking For

1?-?2 years' relevant experience in social media design, digital campaigns, and basic web management Proficient with tools such as

Canva, iMovie, CapCut, and other widely used platforms for social media postings

Hands?on experience running paid ads on Meta and TikTok; ability to set budgets, targeting, pixel tracking, and report ROI Experience with

Wix

or similar website builders (e.g. Squarespace, WordPress) Strong understanding of visual storytelling and best practices for Reels, TikTok clips, carousels Comfortable working in a team during fast?paced events Results?driven, proactive, and detail?oriented Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

What We Offer

Salary: RM?2,500?-?RM?3,500 per month, commensurate with relevant experience
