Key Responsibilities
Specialization in BrainBox AI Solutions
? Develop deep expertise in BrainBox AI solutions, with a focus on both technical capabilities and sales strategies.
? Serve as the primary technical and commercial resource for BrainBox AI within the region, integrating solutions into Trane's suite of offerings.
? Engage with BrainBox AI's product roadmap, staying current on technology updates and enhancements to ensure the highest level of competency.
Digital Solution Training, Demonstration, and Support
? Deliver comprehensive training and demonstrations specifically on BrainBox AI solutions for both internal Trane teams and external clients.
? Provide technical pre-sales support and solution configuration focused on BrainBox AI product capabilities, client business outcomes, and KPIs.
? Create targeted user tutorials, sales enablement materials, and documentation to support BrainBox AI training and market adoption.
Sales Enablement and Market Opening
? Collaborate closely with Trane Sales professionals to drive successful sales of BrainBox AI projects in the territory.
? Conduct digital needs assessments, enhance connectivity and CMSA adoption and positioning BrainBox AI as the optimal solution for customer requirements and sustainability goals.
? Lead strategic pursuits for BrainBox AI, including deal coaching, pipeline management, and service agreement reviews to ensure discipline and sales hygiene.
? Achieve and exceed targets for opening new market opportunities and securing successful BrainBox AI project sales.
Onboarding and Technical Operations
? Manage seamless transitions from sales to operations for BrainBox AI project deployments, ensuring outcomes are delivered and customer expectations are exceeded.
? Guide customers through secure remote access, credential management, and data acquisition specific to BrainBox AI enabling sustained analytics and connectivity.
? Mentor field technicians in BrainBox AI connectivity and troubleshooting, ensuring data-driven success and ongoing customer value.
Collaboration and Leadership Growth
? Partner with local field leadership and digital product management to understand territory-specific needs, customizing BrainBox AI solutions appropriately.
? After successfully opening the market with BrainBox AI (through demonstrated sales success), assume a leadership role, guiding digital transformation efforts and mentoring peers within the territory.
? Contribute feedback from market engagements to BrainBox AI and Trane product development teams.
Continuous Improvement
? Stay up to date with BrainBox AI and industry trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new digital offering creation.
? Participate in regular team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on BrainBox AI solution advancements and overall digital innovation.
Qualifications
? Demonstrable expertise in artificial intelligence, IoT, or relevant applications, knowledge of interface, integration, and customization for client-specific needs.
? Proven track record in successful sales and technical deployment of digital or AI-based solutions.
? HVAC related or industrial experience is a must
? Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support, pre-sales, application engineer
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
? Fluent in English.
