Job Overview:



We're looking for a dynamic team player to join our growing sales team. This isn't a traditional sales role--you'll be empowered with AI and automation tools to supercharge outreach, streamline follow-ups, and keep your pipeline clean.

The ideal candidate is sales-driven, tech-curious, and hungry for growth--someone eager to combine human relationship-building with smart workflows to scale impact. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence, engaging potential clients, and showing businesses how ChatDaddy can transform their operations.

Responsibilities



Outreach and Lead Generation:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate new sales leads.

Sales Presentations and Demos:

Conduct impactful sales presentations and product demos that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

Qualification of Leads:

Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.

Close Deals:

Work closely with prospects through the sales process, address their concerns, and close deals, contributing to the team's monthly and quarterly targets.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

CRM & Workflow Management:

Keep customer data up to date while optimizing CRM automations for efficiency. Continuous Learning: Stay sharp on SaaS trends, AI in sales, and market dynamics to refine outreach and strategy.

Qualifications



With 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills--clear, persuasive, and engaging. Experience or comfort with sales automation and AI tools (e.g., CRM workflows, sequencing platforms, chatbot-assisted outreach). Creative thinker who can develop sales strategies that stand out. Data-driven, using market research and metrics to inform decisions. Organized and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM systems and sales productivity tools. Passionate about technology, and smart working methods..
