We are currently looking for a Digital Specialist with e-mail marketing experience to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES Creating e-mail newsletters, delivering reports (with the usage of different software) Gathering the input from the customers, helping them where necessary, and placing the input in the respective platforms for the operations Analyze problems with appropriate logic and fact-finding and begin to identify underlying issues and recognize trends and cause and effect relationships Ability to deal with incidents within the product management function with an extensive understanding of the infrastructure Monitoring the campaigns, and the information on the websites with regular sanity/quality checks Communicating with clients on; planning, creating, editing, and publishing the source by coordinating the milestones, due dates, and estimations within the provided KPIs Dealing with increasingly complex operational topics requiring extended hands-on experience Using complex data, tools, and technology to perform non-routine tasks Managing non-standard page creation Activation of complex Marketing Automation Campaigns Analyzing the ranking reports and measuring pages for branded and non-branded keywords. Creating keyword/SEO ranking reports and visualizations Managing one\'s own time and reporting properly Document creation for standard tasks/services Marketing Automation Creating emails, forms, landing pages Creation and execution of campaigns (incl. A/B tests) and monitoring them Contact creation, list uploads, segment creation, and updates Preparing campaign reports Learning best practices and sharing with the team QUALIFICATIONS Vocational / BA / BS or equivalent combination of education and experience Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Have at least 2 years of experience in digital services Experienced in HTML/CSS, digital campaign, and project execution Adobe Photoshop knowledge is preferred Keen interest in the internet/web & willingness to specialize in digital marketing Result-oriented and decision-making skills Proficient in computer usage; internet/web browsers and MS Office Applications Understanding of Digital Marketing WHAT WE OFFER Remote Work Model????: We enhance flexibility, foster productivity, and facilitate a healthier work-life balance for our employees!
