Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned performance marketing advertising campaigns for the company, especially on digital platforms. This includes manage campaign creation, including the setup of ad sets, audience targeting, bid adjustments and work closely with designers and content exec for ad copy and creative review.
Continuously improve knowledge and in advertising technical expertise and proactively keep abreast on changes in all related digital platform algorithms to effectively optimize budget spend and performance of all assigned digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign KPI\'s.
Able to setup effective campaigns for quality lead generations
Accountable for search advertising and SEO including competitor analysis & keyword search -Create SEM campaigns on a regular basis and capitalize on opportunities to maximize search effectiveness
Accountable for weekly & monthly performance metrics of performance marketing tactics effectiveness as well as developing action plans to optimize performance
Analyse all spends vs return of investments for all digital channels
Setup tracking/pixel to track conversion for marketing campaign.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master\'s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising / Media, Mass Communications, Digital Marketing
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay language for both spoken and written
