The Job:

1. Story Development & Scriptwriting

Conceptualise and write scripts for short-form and episodic content across various digital platforms. Develop strong story arcs, dialogue, and structure that align with project objectives and audience engagement goals.

2. Digital Content Creation

Use creative and emerging tools including AI platforms, multimedia software, and online production tools to produce story-driven content. Explore new formats, visual techniques, and storytelling approaches to enhance audience impact.

3. Multimedia Production & Editing

Assemble, refine, and edit multimedia content using editing tools to achieve high-quality, cohesive narratives. Ensure creative alignment in pacing, tone, and style across final deliverables.

4. Collaboration & Research

Work closely with creative, marketing, and education teams to align storytelling direction with broader initiatives. Research trends in digital storytelling, audience engagement, and media production to inform creative strategies.

5. Quality & Delivery

Maintain high standards of creativity, clarity, and consistency across all produced content. Manage project timelines and deliver outputs within set deadlines.

Requirements

The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Multimedia, Film Production, Communications, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or digital media production. Strong storytelling and writing skills, with an ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging narratives. Experience with digital creation tools, AI-assisted media, or multimedia production workflows. Proficient in video, audio, or visual editing software. Creative mindset with curiosity for exploring new storytelling formats and technologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills. Ability to manage projects, adapt tone across formats, and meet creative deadlines. Passionate about crafting stories that educate, entertain, and engage audiences.
